December 2011:  Here we are eight or so weeks later (minus a non-writing week spent in Maine) and it has been a thrill to write, read, and comment here on HubPages.  Freedom may not be free, but this surely feels like free speech at its best!  While I try to do my best on each Hub, there are several which have given me special pleasure in presenting here.  Three are book-length:  "Can You Find It...The Original Church of Jesus Christ," "The Curious Tale of Curious Quentin Quail," and "Snow Puff and Bolo:  The Story of Mrs. Santa's Dog." Two others, a suggested "Platform for the Tea Party" and "Euro, and We Owe, But Who?" were special in the sense that the first was written to encourage discussion of what I feel most Americans might legitimately expect from their representative form of government; the second as a piece of writing which I felt came together as well as anything else I have written

I hope you might take a moment on a quiet thoughtful evening to read those Hubs, and perhaps take part of a weekend day or evening to read some from each of the three book-length pieces with another person, be that person another adult, or a child.

Research went into many of the other 300+ Hubs which I hope may inform, entertain, or even provoke in a good sense.  One quotes Ernest Hemingway as saying that "Writers write."  I love doing so, and the occasional feedback is gratifying, instructive, and appreciated, along with rewarding clicks from those you forward hubs to!
